Candidates:

We are currently seeking a driven, experienced accounting and nonprofit audit professional to join our team full-time. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, able to complete projects in a timely manner, and possesses the ability to thrive in an environment with minimal oversite in day to day tasks. We use a cloud-based platform for all our work and are flexible on your work schedule and location.

Job Description:

  • Provide compilation, review and audit services using PFx Engagement and PPC Smart Practice Aids
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual full disclosure financial reports

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting working at a regional or local CPA firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Experience with non-profit organizations and single audits a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks and strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ability to evaluate priorities, multi-task accordingly, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to work well with others and communicate precisely and effectively
