Will maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for area, ensuring critical and/or confidential data is stored appropriately.
Will type, create, and/or process letters, reports and other materials (e.g. charts, graphs, etc.).
Will manage calendar appointments and travel arrangements.
Will complete expense reports.
Will be assigned non-routine projects such as coordinating internal meetings
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and creation of presentations
Will support executive’s organization and leaders with administrative tasks specific to the department.
Will work with different departments.
Will support Director of Sales & Director of Marketing.
Will support remote employees.
High School diploma.
Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Adaptability & flexibility is a must.
