Expansion Associate- Project Manager

Flatiron School is looking for a Project Manager to join the Expansion team. Over the past year, Flatiron School has grown rapidly and we continue to see many exciting opportunities for further expansion. Your role will be to support Flatiron’s growth initiatives. You will work together with cross-functional stakeholders at both Flatiron and WeWork to ensure the successful launch of new campuses and new products.

Responsibilities:
Build project roadmaps for new market launches; project roadmaps encompass 9-12 month horizons, beginning with market assessment and selection and concluding with market activation and launch

Project manage the execution of new market launches; you will be responsible for the end-to-end market launch operation, this entails running recurring cross-functional meetings, creating management reporting, and broadly ensuring a successful and timely market launch

Drive accountability across market launch stakeholders to ensure all cross-functional teams meet key metrics for launch success

Create process and workflows to drive integration of new partners and acquisitions

This position requires the capacity to travel 10-20% of the time

Qualifications:
Ability to create long-term roadmaps and execute against those plans accordingly

Ability to project manage cross-functionally

You are tactical and know how to get things done quickly and efficiently

You are a problem solver and able to make creative, forward-looking decisions

You can synthesize large amounts of information and communicate effectively to different types of audiences

Ability to build and navigate relationships with internal and external partners

3+ years experience

Experience in strategy consulting, high-growth companies, or project management is a plus

Bachelor's degree
