JobSummary

The Audit Lead is responsible to design and manage audit plans for DG2 Worldwide's advertising audit engagements. The successful candidate has both experience in a large corporate setting and the agility and creativity required in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

JobRequirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, internal audit, and/or financial auditing
  • CPA or CIA certification required
  • Bachelors of Science, Bachelors of Arts or advanced degree in accounting or finance
  • Experience in the application of control theory and professional auditing practices
  • Successful track record of developing and executing audit programs
  • Able to read and decipher contracts and other legal documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of managing a team of 3 or more auditors
  • Expert level competence in microsoft office applications (data analytics tools a plus)
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to travel as required (US and Internationally)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US; company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position

RoleDescription

  • Report to the company COO, Audit lead is a hands-on position that will manage the company's external audit engagements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audit targets
  • Develop and track audit plans, update team on audit progress and manage internal resources as required to deliver best-in-class audit reports within promised time frames
  • Recruit, manage, train and mentor audit and analyst teams
  • Perform electronic data, sample and field audits as required to fulfill audit plan requirements
  • Create Agreed Upon Procedures and Audit Methodology for all audit engagements
