Quickway is a 100% Employee Owned Company which means Free Retirement for our shareholder employees! That makes us pretty unique in the trucking industry. Each year you're given shares of the company stock (private company). After 5 years, you're fully vested in the program and it becomes a free retirement account. We became an Employee Owned Company in 2004. The average account value of the drivers that have been here since then is $196,202. We have Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical - dental, vision, and free $25k life insurance. Insurance costs range from $27/week to $238/week depending on family, smoking status, and plan chosen.
