In this role, you will work with our hospital members providing labor cost expertise to identify financial savings opportunities and increase operational efficiencies. You will also create and analyze data to track performance measurement and make recommendations to improve productivity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices, implement process improvements and drive resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality.
Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
Provide content expertise for tool set-up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of Workforce productivity tools and technologies.
Lead trainings in labor productivity management tools for hospital leadership and staff.
Develop analytic models; expand functionality of existing analytic tools and present analyses to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years minimum relevant work experience required, preferably in the Labor Cost Or Workforce Optimization space.
Hospital Operations experience is desired.
Knowledge of health care staffing and scheduling processes for both internal and supplemental labor categories.
Knowledge of Workforce Consulting tools (e.g. shift planner, shift management, productivity, tracker, etc.).
Demonstrate moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Willingness to travel.
