Summary:
As a Senior Consultant, you will utilize expertise data analysis skills to identify operational efficiencies and financial savings opportunities in hospitals and health systems across the United States. Focus will be to support contract operations, analysis, savings identification, implementation, tracking and performance measurement. Additionally may work on other supply chain operations and procurement projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead specific internal initiatives to Grow Labor Cost Consulting and continuously improve our tools and methodology.
Provide content expertise for tool set-up and implementation.
Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of Workforce tools and technologies at Client sites.
Comprehensive knowledge of acute care hospital and ambulatory care operations.
Partner with executives, managers, and front-line staff to implement process improvements and productivity management tools.
Lead trainings in labor productivity management for hospital leadership and staff.
Develop analytic models, expand functionality of existing analytic tools and methodologies, train analysts, and improve quality and clarity of client deliverables.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

5 years minimum of relevant work experience required.

Extensive knowledge of healthcare specific staffing and scheduling processes for both internal and supplemental labor categories required.
Experience managing Labor Cost Consulting Projects strongly desired.
Good understanding of complete portfolio of Workforce Consulting tools (e.g. shift planner, shift management, productivity, tracker, etc.).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral.

Demonstrate moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Travel: Up to 75% travel nationwide required.
