The Personnel and Human Resources Administrator position is needed for a high-volume pediatric practice. The objective of the Personnel and Human Resources Administrator is to lead and manage the primary functions related to staff supervision and day-to-day management of the human resource related functions of the practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: staff management, supervision and scheduling; recruitment and hiring processes; staff orientation and training; performance reviews; conflict management; and human resource benefits management. The Personnel and Human Resource Administrator serves as a counterpart to the Finance and Operations Administration. These positions will collaborate heavily in the overall management of the practice. This position is also a member of the practice leadership team.
