Position Summary

Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Throughput, organization, and speed are a must.

Work with executives and company directors in Corporate Development, Marketing, and Human Resources as a special project assistant.

Pay starts at $16.22/hr

Preferred hours: 4 x 5hr shifts = 20 hrs/wk

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years in administrative - office experience

High school diploma or GED

A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment

Exceptional computer skills

High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management

Google platform proficiency

Type 50+ WPM

Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details

Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have a car

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Experience on a MAC

Experience with Excel or Google Equivalent
