Approximately 25-50% local and regional travel is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-on technical implementation and consulting services specific to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Advising clients on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
Regularly communicating with clients on the status of issue resolution
Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
Ensure project requirements, scope, timeframe and budgets are understood and monitored throughout the projects and communicate to engagement Project Manager
Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for the above
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 or 2016 implementations
Microsoft Dynamics CRM development or integration best practices
Microsoft Dynamics CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
SQL Reporting Services
Experience with FetchXML
