Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager across all brands under the Alfaparf Milano USA portfolio. This role will manage all aspects of forward-facing marketing, advertising, social media, and public relations across all channels, for Alfaparf Milano Professional®.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
Manage social media team or agency to execute all aspects of social media for all Alfaparf brands including but not limited to, content management and creation, daily postings, calendar themes, influencer and ambassador relations, and overall brand image and growth on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
Digital Advertising & e-commerce:
Manage the digital advertising team and budget. Plan budget, campaigns, product focuses, content etc on Google and Meta ad platforms to grow brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales.
Manage B2B & B2B website updates, blogs, and other online activities for all Alfaparf brands.
Manage email marketing and text msg marketing Calendars to manage promotional programs, product awareness growth, new customer acquisition, brand and event awareness and more for all Alfaparf brands on both pro and consumer channels.
Advertising:
- Plan and execute all advertising campaigns with both Pro and Consumer media outlets.
- Plan and submit ad buy according to budget
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, statistics or related field of study
o Critical thinking and problem solving
o Great communication skills across all levels, both internally and externally
o Teamwork and collaboration
o High-level attention to detail with strong organizational skills
o Great written communication skills
o Fully fluent in English required, fluent in Spanish helpful
o Strong curiosity to learn, dig into information, disseminate data to improve our performance
o Easily adaptable to change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
