Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Senior Receptionist in Leominster.
The Leominster Adult Outpatient Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, and couples age 18 and over. We offer integrated, whole person care with primary care, a wellness program, and behavioral health. The Leominster Counseling Center also offers specialized substance use disorder treatment. Our office based opioid treatment offers buprenorphine and vivitrol treatment and we have a Second Offender Alcohol Education program.
The Senior Receptionist provides administrative support to consumers and staff of our integrated outpatient community behavioral health and primary care clinic.

Perform check-in and check-out with clients

Complete administrative intake with clients
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Complete daily reminder calls
Complete prior authorizations
Work as a member of the support team
Type, copy and scan
Assist doctors and clinicians with letters and referrals
Maintain calendars, professional meetings, vacations, conferences, etc.

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED/HiSet required; Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
