Store Operations Mission: We uphold the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores, support special initiatives, and identify sales driving and profit maximizing opportunities.
OVERVIEW
As a member of the Store Operations Department, you will be a part of the team responsible for upholding the standards of operational excellence across our retail stores. As the Director, Store Operations, you will validate daily operations, support in special initiatives, and identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profits in the stores within your region. LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. DAILY OPERATIONS
To uphold the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores, and identify and communicate opportunities for improvement

Organization – Validate all areas of the store are functional, clean, and organized, including store exterior, windows, sales floor, fitting rooms, service counter, backroom and bathrooms.

Process – Validate optimal systems and workflow across all areas of the store, including implementation support, adherence validation and identifying optimization opportunities.

Communication – Validate effectiveness of communication systems and content to and from the store.

Representation – Represent back-end cross-functional partners and departments in the areas of Store Development, IT, Enterprise Risk Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and others as required.
2. SPECIAL OPERATIONS
To be the front-end, single point of contact identifying and advocating for new infrastructure, and supporting new store openings and events on the ground.

New Infrastructure – Support in leading the roll-out, identify opportunities, and incorporate learnings in collaboration with partners for all new infrastructure implementation.

New Boutique Openings – Validate the store operations components of all new boutiques including openings, renovations, relocations, and closures.

Events – Lead your region’s store team to prepare for retail special events, and support with measuring the success of the event to support with the implementation of improvements in time for the next event.
3. BUSINESS OPERATIONS
To identify, solve, and/or escalate sales driving or profit maximizing opportunities, and protect the business in response to extenuating incidents.

Business Opportunity – Identify and capitalize on internal operational opportunities across the areas of People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

Business Continuity – Mitigate risks and impacts associated with extraordinary events, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
