As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a supportive team who are in constant contact with customers responding to inquiries, converting inquiries into orders and using your problem solving skills to work collaboratively across organizational teams to resolve issues. You will work on special projects as well as improve the efficiency of our marketing programs through accurate database management.
Convert inquiries into orders while promoting TESSCO’s value proposition in all customer interactions
Process quotes and orders accurately and timely following TESSCO’s Standard Operating Procedures
Collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams to address customer needs
Promptly answer customer calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism
Provide an exceptional customer experience on each call or interaction
Respond to, qualify & set up prospective customers in Salesforce.com
Professional and pleasant phone demeanor
Proficient in building rapport quickly with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
4-year college degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills
Prior sales support experience, a plus
