What We're Hiring For
Customer Service Representative
Bilingual Customer Service Rep (English / Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum six (6) months customer service experience required
Must be able to speak and read English fluently
Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
Spanish fluency is desirable

To prepare you for this role, Maximus provides paid, comprehensive training which ensures our customer service representatives care for each caller with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.
Pay and Benefits:
Base rate = $11.69/hr + an additional $4.54/hr for health and wellness benefits
Bilingual base rate = $12.86/hr
$1,650+ in potential bonuses for excellent work and referrals
