**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction disciplines such as stucco, flooring installation, carpentry, concrete finishing, plumbing, heavy equipment operation, reading schematics, cabinet installation, building, and drywall. **Responsibilities:** - Execute remodeling projects from start to finish according to specifications - Perform stucco application and repairs - Install various types of flooring materials - Utilize carpentry skills for framing and finishing work - Conduct concrete finishing tasks as needed - Handle plumbing tasks including fixture installation and repairs - Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently - Interpret and follow construction schematics accurately - Install cabinets with precision and attention to detail - Build structures such as walls, partitions, and decks - Complete drywall installation and finishing **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields - Proficiency in stucco application, flooring installation, carpentry, concrete finishing, plumbing, heavy equipment operation, schematic reading, cabinet installation, building, and drywall - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs Join our team of skilled professionals and contribute to creating exceptional remodeling projects!
