Great opportunity to work as an Receptionist for a large investment management company in the Washington Harbour area. Experience as an office manager is preferred as the individual will provide support to the office.
This is a 2 month contract.
Hourly rate is $23/hour
- Meeting scheduling and preparation.
- Assist with working with vendors/suppliers for office suppliers and needs.
- Provide general office support to the team.
Office Services - Receptionist
- Receiving high profile guests
- Answering our internal “help desk” phone line
- Creating and tracking facilities work orders
- Daily Reporting
Experience desired, but not required:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
