Regional Field Sales Manager –
Scope of Position:
The Regional Field Sales Manager holds accountability for driving and maximizing all client sales opportunities within the field. Works strategically ensuring sales targets are hit and development opportunities are provided to all brand specialists.
Must demonstrate passion for developing teams. A team player who seeks a challenging and rewarding position leading a team of beauty sales & educational training representatives.
The Field Sales Manager is Responsible for:
Managing a field sales force of over 130 Brand Specialists across the country (US) and Canada
Consistently driving sustainable sales results and working on tactics and holding staff accountable to bring territories up that are not meeting goals.
Train and develop sales team reps through coaching & mentoring
Build relationships with retailers field teams, district managers, educators, and events staff.
Conduct Beauty Barrage Sales Meetings & ignite performance through influencing, motivation, praise and recognition of top sellers
Interact consistently with sales force and internal team to drive company’s agenda for provide first class service
Plan, Analyze and communicate results (daily/quarterly/annually) with team and CEO
Review and Analyze daily pertinent reports that drive the national sales performance to identify/address performance gaps
Build action plans for field activities based on current strategies
Drive a strong Field Events Strategy with high energy by leveraging social media, alliances, sales tools, etc.
Reviews daily sales goals and surveys to communicate a weekly recap for all client partners.
Listens and resolves brand ambassador concerns, complaints or requests and view it as an opportunity to exceed their expectations and manage in an efficient and timely manner.
Leads sales calls/video calls each month, setting appropriate goals to make the biggest difference.
Designs tailored training for team members to secure their development and growth.
At least 10 years current field sales management, or related experience preferred
Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating)
High level of business acumen and drive
A passion for sales and motivating salespeople
College coursework/degree preferred. With an emphasis on beauty retail experience.
Must be proficient on all Microsoft office applications (you will be tested!)
