The Moranda Search Group is partnering with a iconic Napa Valley collection of luxury wineries in search of an exceptional candidate for their Sales Analyst position. This hands-on role will lead day-to-day efforts in all pertinent analytics, working closely with the management team in all areas of direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. The person in this position will be a critical part of the winery's success, making quality, timely data-driven decisions. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to; Data Operations, Sales Reporting, Allocation & Inventories, and Planning & Budgeting. A high level of collaboration with national sales on related projects, perform ad hoc analysis, and provide sales support for the company. Additional duties include oversight of project management process of specific development request of technology service providers. Qualifications & Requirements: This company is very open to considering candidates in other industries; Spirits, Beverage, Food, Consumer Product Goods, manufacturing, retail - direct to consumer and/or wholesale.

  • BS/BA in finance, marketing or related field desired.
  • Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible experience in sales operations, sales finance, and marketing analysis.
  • Direct experience with winery trade sales and / or consumer direct sales analysis environment is a strong plus. Knowledge:
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Technology Savvy – confident with computers, relevant data warehouse experience and data visualization skills is needed.
  • Business Acumen – ability to support budget development, sales dashboards and financial reports is needed. Specific wine trade, consumer direct sales knowledge and / or CRM is a plus.
