Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Senior Graphic Designer, is responsible for the design and creation of brand materials – both print and online. The Graphic Designer will not only assist marketing but will work with other DARCARS Entities including but not limited to: Brand Experience, Corporate Fleet Services, etc for all graphic design needs.

In this role, you'll:
Design brand materials for over 20 DARCARS Dealerships, including print and digital
Works directly with marketing team, vendors (eLeads and Dealer.com) to create, coordinate and manage web content and email blasts
Create and deploy HTML Code for web content
Perform other duties as assigned.

For this role, you'll need:
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, external partners and customers
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also work independently
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Graphic/Digital Design
1-2 Years of experience
Familiar with MAC Operating systems and programs
Proficient knowledge in typography, composition, layout, color, image formats, and HTML
Proficient with Adobe Suite Programs, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
