We are seeking a Manager to perform a variety of supervisory, technical and financial duties related to Land Surveying. The position requires a license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). The ideal candidate duties will include managing office and field staff, preparing, reviewing, and sealing drawings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct survey work related to topography, property, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, monitoring/movement surveys, transportation, right-of- way, easement and construction stake out.
Be able to perform his/her duties with limited supervision including marketing both internally and externally.
Provide continuing services to existing clients and market/solicit new work opportunities to support the growth of existing survey department.
Preparation of proposals, scheduling of staff to meet submission deadlines and monitoring budgets to meet GAI’s financial goals.
Minimum of 5-10 years of land survey experience.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in PA, PLS in OH and/or WV a plus
Experience in both conventional and GPS survey and data processing.
Experience with Trimble survey equipment and software including Access and TBC
Excellent communication skills, works well with others, and positive attitude.
Able to use Civil3D

Possess a PA valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence.
