**Medical Assistant** needed for busy Family Practice in Holly Ridge. Competitive pay with benefits. Pay based upon experience and qualifications. Experience preferred. Will be responsible for triage, specimen collection, EKG, lab testing and other tasks within scope of practice as they arise. Full time and part time positions available. No nights or weekends.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
