What You’ll Do at BTS

As a Talent Acquisition & People Experience Associate in our Phoenix office, you’ll play a key role helping our company recruit and retain the best and brightest talent out there.

Your primary responsibilities will be in talent acquisition and you will report to the Senior Business Partner of Talent Acquisition. The fun stuff you’ll work together on will include:

Managing full life cycle recruiting process for multiple roles across multiple areas of our business, across the whole US
Working with hiring managers and senior leaders to be a problem anticipator, not just a problem solver
Contributing your ideas and creativity to the talent acquisition strategy, including diversity recruiting, employer branding, onboarding, and using technology to work smarter and faster

This role will also partner with our Benefits and Payroll Expert to ensure that the experience of working at BTS is rewarding and fulfilling for all of our people. You’ll be a key partner in areas of employee benefits to help bridge the transition from candidate to rookie to veteran.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least a year of related recruiting experience is necessary. We need someone who can communicate effectively with all levels, and who approaches talent acquisition as a relationship building process. ATS experience is a must as are good technology skills with all the usual software.
