Graphic Designer
K2J Marketing Partners is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Graphic Designer to join our team. This Graphic Designer will have a proven skill set with an understanding of how digital, print, and traditional design can help develop, implement, and maintain integrated marketing and product campaigns for K2J Marketing Partners and our clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong passion for design. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our Products and Marketing Team to create enticing brand marketing materials across several different national and proprietary brand names.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and create visually appealing and effective marketing across a range of mediums, including but not limited to: Flyers, Presentations, Direct Mail, Packaging, Trade Show Materials, Website(s), Social Graphics, and E-Commerce Graphics
- Collaborate with Products team members to edit, touch up, and enhance product images
- Create visually striking retail product packaging across a variety of categories and brands
- Maintain centralized digital asset library for internal and external use
- Prepare art files for release to printers and decorators
- Support creation of company-wide branded assets for internal and external use
- Ensure consistency and quality of design assets including colors, icons, and copy
- Keep up to date with trends across e-commerce, social media, graphic designs – propose new ideas and share insights with the team
Qualifications
- BA or BFA, Graphic Design
- 3+ Years experience in CPG, Marketing, or other related fields
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of digital and print file formats, setup, and design best practices
- Compelling portfolio of work spanning a wide range of creative projects and showcasing a clear understanding of branding, typography and general design principles
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability work cross functionally with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast paced environment, in both day to day and long term workflows
- Produce high quality work and meet deadlines consistently
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to take direction and feedback with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
