Full Job Description
Maintain the Servers, network, and Administrative Services related to both internal and customer facing environments
Resolve issues regarding Servers, Firewalls/Routers
Implement new and update existing services and technologies related to servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and software.
Supply network and server level support during deployment or upgrade of Customer facing Web Application.
Create and maintain scripts to handle Administrative operations related system utilization, network troubleshooting, etc.
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university (IT Security) or equivalent work experience in related field
4-6 years network Admin experience
Heavy experience in Cisco Routers and switches
VPN Box knowledge
Work with Windows Servers a plus
Great customer service skills.
Must have very strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently to accomplish desired goals and objectives as well as in a team environment to solve complex technical challenges
Thorough understanding of LAN Switching including VLANs and Trunking
Experienced in general LAN/WAN maintenance and configuration
Experience with Intrusion Prevention Systems and other security related systems.
