Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Since opening our first store in Minnesota in 1995, Renewal by Andersen® Corporation has rapidly grown to more than 100 markets in the U.S., becoming one of the largest replacement window companies in the country. And, since we’ve installed nearly 3 million windows. We handle everything, from the free in-home consultation, to the creation and installation of the product.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with existing customers and manage their expectations related to our products and services
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues to maintain/improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain electronic records that accurately and thoroughly document all customer activity
  • Manage and maintain daily production schedules for our Service professionals
  • Collaborate with company departments including admin, operations and ordering
  • May be called upon to perform additional duties as directed


  • Associates degree or higher is required, technology experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience is required
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience is required
  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
