Relocation assistance and a signing bonus will be offered to the right candidates who have at least 2 years of sales experience. Applicants with less than 2 years sales experience will not be considered for relocation assistance, but can apply if they plan to move to an area near one of the stores
Our Wireless Retail Sales Consultants provide valuable advice, products, and services to our stores’ customers on their way to achieving or exceeding their sales objectives.
When you complete our training program, you’ll combine your new-found product and sales knowledge with your passion for excellence to deliver an effortless customer experience. This position includes a highly competitive salary, commission and benefit package. Your energy and commitment to provide a high value experience while making a sale will lead to above average earnings from a generous compensation package.
Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants, who achieve their sales targets, earn an average of $4,000 per month. Our top sellers earn between $6,000 and $8,000 per month.

As part of the requirements for this position, you will:
Use your competitive spirit and ambition to meet or exceed sales targets
Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service in person or via phone
Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs.
Engage and educate customers through product demonstrations
Learn to multi-task in a fast-paced team oriented environment
Create a positive sales/buying experience for the customer Perform sales tracking and related duties Keep showroom clean and attractive at all times
Attend training both online, and off-site to stay up-to-date on the wireless industry and new devices
Possess excellent customer service skills
Be a team player
Have reliable transportation available
Be willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Must have at least 2 years prior sales experience to be considered for relocation assistance
Must have a high school or GED equivalent
Must demonstrate strong communication skills
Must demonstrate a sufficient ability to understand and use technology
Wireless retail sales experience
Strong Negotiation Skills
An associates or bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
