Data Scientist Contractor
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work as Independent Contractors.

How many hours per week: 40
Anticipated Hourly Rate: $60 - $70/hr.
The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:
Delivery: Bring the functional/technical experience and knowledge to deliver solutions which allow clients to achieve their business strategy. Present technical alternatives and supporting recommendations aligned with the client’s business and technology requirements. Contribute to project estimating, planning, contracting and staffing activities. Manage technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test and implement enterprise applications. Anticipate, raise, and resolve issues which pose risk to the project. Monitor progress and quality. Track and report status.
Qualifications:
Apple is looking for a Software Engineer for data modelling at Sunnyvale, CA Candidate must have
· 5-10 years Natural Language Processing experience
· 2-5 years Deep Learning experience
· 5-10 years Python experience
· 1+ years Jupyter experience
· 1+ years Machine Learning experience
Preferred:
· Excellent knowledge and good practical skills in major ML algorithms as applied to Natural Language Processing, information retrieval, data mining.
· Deep understanding of Python, CUDA or other GPGPU is a plus.
· Practical experience with deep learning based solutions highly valued.
· Passion for continuing to learn state-of-the-art techniques in ML/Data science.
