Northrop Grumman Corporation's Flight Operations organization is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator. The selected applicant will work closely with team members to coordinate and oversee the daily operation of three corporate shuttle aircraft and a small fleet of executive aircraft. Flight Coordinators at Northrop Grumman support many facets of corporate aviation, including trip construction, aircraft/airport selection, flight risk assessments, shuttle manifesting, international trip planning, flight following, travel arrangements for flight crewmembers and fuel planning and procurement, along with all aspects of customer service.

This position will support East Coast operations at our Dulles, VA hangar, as the Midday East Coast coordinator. This will be a 2nd shift position (approximately 10:30am ET to 8:00pm ET), with weekend phone rotation which equals out to about 1 weekend per month.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5-10 years of corporate aviation experience, military flight operations, experience, or college degree in an aviation-related field.
Excellent computer skills - including Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro

Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in an aviation-related field
Experience with the Rockwell Collins Flight Operations System (FOS), or similar system
Familiarity with Federal aviation Regulations
FAA Dispatcher Certificate or written exam completed
