What you’ll be doing...
Our Enterprise Talent Acquisition Reporting Analytics team delivers processes, tools, and data insights that help in the recruitment of top talent. You will help shape how talent acquisition uses data to inform processes and results, and help drive strategic recruitment initiatives and processes by performing advanced analytics. By researching, developing, and implementing cutting edge UI/UX, Machine Learning, and visualization techniques, you will help enable client engagement with data to help uncover actionable intelligence. Your ability to be a self-motivated, creative problem solver will help solve real-world problems faced by our company and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Assisting with the development and execution of Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence long term strategic goals.
Helping drive user engagement with data by maintaining, modifying and evolving current applications and dashboards, as well as continually improving user interface and experience.
Identifying, acquiring, and integrating new and existing data sources to utilize in statistical analyses, informative visualizations, or general reporting/research tasks.
Working to create deliverables geared towards improving candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.
Providing feedback to assist in the creation of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.

You’re able to translate data into narratives and powerful user experiences, and tailor presentations and recommendations to the audience appropriately to meet their needs. You enjoy exploring and researching new techniques, technologies, and methods to continually provide best-in-class data analysis.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years or work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Two or more years of experience delivering insight and intelligence to varied audiences via presentations, reports, dashboards, or other means.
Two or more years of experience delivering data in a Human Resources/People Analytics/Talent Acquisition function.
Two or more years of experience in applying statistical ideas and methodologies to data sets to solve business problems.
One or more year of experience building/maintaining machine learning algorithms / natural language processing models.
Two or more years of experience building, delivering, and maintaining dashboards using a BI tool - Cognos, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, D3.js, R shiny.
Two or more years of experience in managing datasets for reporting, dashboarding, or database management.
Two or more years of experience in data extraction, data modeling, query and expression building in SQL or another data extraction tool.
One or more years of coding experience in a general purpose programming language (R, Python, etc.) with a focus on data management, data science/analytics, or front-end design.
