Direct owner of all customer service and GTM initiatives relating to PBNA Bag In The Box Business. Drives a laser focus against daily execution of the order fulfillment processes and robust CPFR planning to deliver gold standard service levels to our customers.
Directly responsible for the direction & supervision of the daily work activities within his/her area.
Accountable for driving compliance against KPI’s related to teams customer network, including but not limited to customer fine mitigation, detention charge reduction, improved fill rates, on time delivery, reduced out of stocks and waste mitigation
Owns Reading, interpreting and executing actions based on customer performance findings.
Partners cross-functionally with sales, demand planning, supply planning, customer service, warehouse and transportation to resolve/achieve KPI’s.
Responsible for providing leadership, coaching and feedback to all internal & external teams regarding all Customer Supply Chain Initiatives
Partner with Director/ Manager to maintain staffing needs based on approved headcount and workload volume
Primary Escalation point for all customer process and service issues internally and externally
Owns Communications of teams daily or weekly customer objectives /performance
Clearly understands customer agenda and drives team compliance to adherence
Can communicate both vertically & horizontally and can effectively manage both up and down
Owns Training and developing of Supply Chain Analysts within work team, through the management of training calendar and curriculum execution
Owns Development of team, by Identifying and providing feedback through 1:1s,
Effective use of personal development plans as provision of coaching & development opportunities
Responsible for driving execution of one off projects as required by customer, BU, division
Leads CSC cross-functional Projects that unlock broad efficiencies within customer platforms
BA/BS degree with 5 plus years of experience in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand or Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Transportation
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audience
Proven change agent
Strong problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
Critical thinking skills with analytical and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to develop and lead teams in an agile and fluid environment
Innovation mindset with ability and willingness to adapt and integrate new technology, processes, and ideas to drive efficiency
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
SAP and Tableau experience a plus
