Sundance Club is looking to hire a Head Chef for our private resort club and restaurant. This is a first class facility and we provide first class experiences as well as food. Must have experience as a Head Chef and be able to cook high qulity food. Chef will be responsible to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at all times, following all the safety guidlines. Chef will also be required to do weekly/ bi-weekly inventory as well as prepare weekly detailed food orderds for managements approval. Must be 18 to apply. Work Hours are Thursday- Monday (weekends are required) Must be able to work weekends.
