We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic air conditioning and heating Comfort Advisor who can hit the ground running and jump into the high lead volume of sales. You will provide in-home sales presentations to our customers and educate them on what options best suit both their comfort needs and budget. We provide 100% of sale leads, vehicle, cell phone, and gas card.
Responsibilities:
- Run 2-5 leads per day.
- Presents HVAC system replacement options; Offer-related and add-on products to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with customers on previous leads ran to offer any additional information the customers may need to close the deal
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
Job requirements include:
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation style of work is preferred, prior HVAC industry is a plus.
- Provide excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Be Passionate and love the brand you are selling.
- Be Familiar with local codes and can speak on company product lines.
- Have an Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Be Highly motivated and flexible with a great attitude
