What you will do:
Attend training and obtain Life Insurance license within 30 days of entry into this position.

As a Licensed Personal Banker Trainee (LPBT) adhere to the needs based sales process outlined in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management Playbooks. Work towards identifying and maximizing new account sales and cross-sell opportunities by following the "CURES" sales process and by utilizing the Client Needs Review (CNR) to document activities and conversations in Client Relationship Management (CRM). Work towards developing a portfolio of relationships within target segments to retain and grow deposits, wealth management opportunities and other revenue generating products and services. Create an extraordinary client experience and work towards helping the Financial Center meet sales and client service objectives.



Required Skills
1 year strong sales skills and client service experience preferred
Associate's degree in Business preferred
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish credibility and rapport
Excellent client contact skills
Strong time management skills
Strong PC skills preferred
Telemarketing skills preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
