Merakey is currently seeking a Mental Health Assessor ($25-$30/hr -- FFS) to join our Behavioral Health Division in our Colmar & Lansdale, PA locations.
Position overview.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- MA / MS / MSW in Psychology, Counseling or Clinical Social Work
- 6 months clinical experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and provisionally diagnosing persons with mental health difficulties.
- Experience providing individual and family therapy, master's level internship experience is considered with ages 5 and older
- Advanced computer skills, experience with electronic health records
- Telehealth Zoom experience is preferred
- Communication and organizational skills, ability to work with multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to flexibly schedule a minimum of 15 hours of intake assessment weekly between hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable Internet and Technological capability to work from home
- Reliable Transportation: Required for travel to office when required.
- Knowledge, competence and experience working with people with current or developing LGBTQ identities desired.
- Bilingual providers desired. Shift: * Fee for Service * Minimum of 15 hours a week, without cap, combined children and adults
- Day, evening, weekend hours available Pay Rate: $25-$30 Fee for Service rate depending on credentials
