What will you be doing?
This position will serve as the day-to-day social media marketing support for all Adult Swim shows and brand pages. They will interface with the marketing team primarily but also have daily contact with .com, PR, Creative, On-Air and other departments across Adult Swim.
Duties will include:
Maintain the brand voice by immersing yourself into the network/shows
Build out social content calendars
Work closely with sales to create sponsored social posts
Maintain YouTube channel
Work with Research to optimize posts and engagemen
Create social plans for individual show accounts
Work with Production, Creative, Programming, Legal to implement social plans and adapt content for social media
Develop engaging social content
Assess, then optimize content/engagement by working with Social Insights and Analytics
Monitor social web, news sites, blogs for relevant and useful content
What do we require from you?
Bachelor’s Degree required and must be a recent college graduate (within 2 years of having completed undergrad or graduate degree)
Strong writer, communicator
Basic editing skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite
Passion for entertainment, social media content marketing
Must be social media experience savvy; active presence on social media platforms; extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine (RIP), blog/microblog formats (Tumblr), Snapchat, YouTube
Team Player: organized, reliable, accountable
Multi-tasker - ability to work in fast-paced production environments
Ability to think outside of the box and take innovative risk
Passion for pop culture, comedy and a fan of Adult Swim
T3 Trainee Program
The Turner Trainee Team (T3) program is designed for recent college graduates who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry.
Trainees will be selected to receive a hands-on learning experience for 11 months in Turner's leading divisions.
All T3's must be no more than 2 years post-graduation with a bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited university.
This program is paid, with benefits.
Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
