As a City Bliss Manager (Market Operations Manager), you will play an essential role in delivering a delightful experience to our customers and sharing our mission to start-ups like Clever, Cruise, Apple, Giphy, Slack, Indeed and many more!

The Role

  • Works cross-functionally in executing Oh My Green processes for warehouse, happiness (client experience), and operations
  • Directly mentors city team and supports their development and growth
  • Responsible for budget management and compliance in market
  • Mentors work of other team members, and/or targeting specific areas in which Oh My Green may need to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensures alignment between sales (connections), customer success (happiness), and operations fulfillment (bliss)
  • Selects, trains, develops, motivates and monitors performance of direct reports, other team members and develops a succession plan in order to achieve functional and market objectives
  • Establishes accountability by adhering to metrics for measuring service effectiveness and profitability
  • Implements operational controls to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and increase client retention
  • Responsible for service delivery, execution, and managing profitability of Oh My Green in respective city
  • Provides input to Head of National Operations and Product in the enhancement and creation of tools that increase employee productivity, efficiency and flexibility
  • Partners with HR to effectively manage employee retention and employee development
  • Leads efforts to expand market opportunities through implementation of new product/ service offerings, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership
  • Work with Head of Ops and fellow operations leadership to refine and align product catalog and pricing
  • Partner with Connections and Sales Development teams to drive profitable revenue growth
  • In the absence of Connections Executive, serves as in market Connections lead for Customer Acquisition Activities
  • Partner with Happiness Teams to ensure client satisfaction levels are met and work to minimize churn < 5%
About You

  • Must have 5+ years experience in Sr. Operations - P&L, strategy, budgeting, scaling, workforce planning
  • Must have 5+ years experience managing a team (5+ direct reports)
  • Must have 3+ years experience owning city or product operations (full cycle)
  • Must have 3+ years experience in sales process (B2B/B2C) and/or account management
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • A strong communicator, positive, friendly, partnership mindset and customer oriented
  • A problem ­solver who invites collaboration to solve issues
  • Detail­-oriented, reliable, highly organized, proactive and efficient
  • Must be able to use and learn new technology (tech savvy)
