The Quality Statistical Data Analyst should be able to manage, clean and transform numerical and other forms of data, generate descriptive statistics and perform a variety of statistical analysis, such as factor analysis, variance analysis, linear and non-linear regression and multi-variate analysis. The candidate must have a strong foundation in statistical reasoning to continue developing more advanced techniques and also be able to interpret and present findings to a varied audience.

This position works within a multi-disciplinary quality team and is expected to be highly versatile, working on numerous projects at the same time; the position provides analysis of data from manufacturing processes, customer feedback, measurement systems and more.

Job Specific Duties:
Ability to conduct statistical analysis and derive insights from large and/or complex sets of data.

Ability to perform statistical modeling including but not limited to DOE, sample size calculations, statistical process control, MSA, ANOVA analysis, regression, survival and time series analysis.

Develop tools and reports that enhance decision-support capabilities and enhance productivity.

Report and develop global KPIs and other metrics aligning to the company’s strategic goals.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment, leaning and applying new skills.

Ability to present complicated analysis clearly in various formats, such as PowerPoint and detailed reports.

Experience in Microsoft Access and Excel with VB-programming.

Experience querying databases and using statistical languages such as Minitab, SAS, R-programming, Python, Oracle, SQL, SAP, etc.

Experience in manufacturing applications preferred but not necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or Quantitative Sciences)

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience

Travel: 10%

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D.
