Administrative Support Clerk

About the Position:

We are a Third Party Benefits Administration Firm currently recruiting to fill an Administrative Support position in our Mt Laurel, NJ office. This position is responsible for providing administrative support and delivering excellent customer service to various benefit plans provided to our client’s membership. The ideal candidate will have some administrative and clerical experience and some familiarity with Health and Retirement Benefits .A high performer in this position will have the opportunity for advancement into other positions and grow their career with our Company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone and assisting participants with benefit inquires, forms and problem resolution
  • Updating various databases
  • Gathering requisite information and preparing various reports
  • Performing other administrative and clerical duties as required
  • Assisting other Team members when needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 1 year administrative, customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Some basic Accounting /Bookkeeping knowledge
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to learn the Benefits Administration business
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi - task
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
