CAGE SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner.
Make monetary transactions.
Answer guest questions.
Overseeing the operation of the cage department and cage cashiers.
Must be able to work a schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Experience: At least one year of experience in high-volume cashiering is required, preferably in casino cage cashiering. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills: Managing one's own time, giving full attention to guests or customers, and asking questions as needed.
