What is a Home Health LVN?
Home health LVNs or otherwise known as licensed vocational nurses are part of health professionals who are responsible for providing health interventions within a home-based setting.
Duties of our Home Health LVNs
● A Home Health licensed vocational nurse or LVN inspects the assigned patient’s room environment for any possible dangers or hazards.
● LVNs will document as needed for procedures and interventions within the care of their patient
● LVNs provide various health care interventions at home and provide health education to the patients, families and caregivers living with the patient regarding the patient’s current status and health needs.
● Home health LVNs monitor the vital sign of their patient such as BP, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, temperature and respiration rate. They also provide changing of wound dressings, manage medication administration and provide care with Ventilator, trach, or g -tube as needed for the patient's care.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
