HR – Operational Compliance
Support members of the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Operational Support Compliance team responsible for the support of all HR compliance functions for the Firm.
Contact point between HR and the relevant National Internal Firm Services (IFS) and HR leaders as well as other stakeholders (Sourcing, Finance, Office of General Counsel (OGC), Global Security, Learning & Development (L&D).
Perform the necessary outreach to relevant stakeholders noted above to gain an understanding of human capital and operational policy and process compliance, regulation, retention and execution requirements to drive consistent interpretation, application and communication of related policy and compliance procedures.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar type role. Working knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
Attention to detail, Google Sheets familiarity and Reporting utilizing Vlookups.
Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing
Flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications. Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
