Overview
The eLearning and Key Product Strategist researches, gathers and organizes educational information for store personnel use. The eLearning and Key Product Strategist researches new products and determines the most pertinent information regarding these products for store personnel to learn to ensure the appropriate Customer Experience (CX) is achieved.

The eLearning and Key Product Strategist presents information to the Instructional Course Designer for integration into the eLearning platform. The eLearning and Key Product Strategist determines the same for Operational techniques and information. This position ensures all publishing deadlines are met with absolute accuracy and clarity.

The eLearning and Key Product Strategist constantly assesses current trends, competition and techniques to adopt in current and future projects. The eLearning and Key Product Strategist works in tandem with other members of the Learning and Development team to strategize methods for delivery, content creation and execution of the company’s strategy.

The eLearning and Key Product Strategist participates in internal and external branding/influencer programs and initiatives that help the organization promote and liquidate key products. As a component of compensation, the eLearning and Key Product Strategist will be provided product carried by Hibbett Sports every two weeks. These products are to be worn at any Hibbett video shoot or sponsored event in an effort to drive demand for products in both customers and employees.

Responsibilities
eLearning and Video Content Creation

Gather eLearning content as specified by the Video Production Manager.

Assist in script writing for key product videos and modules, ensuring all content is delivered to learners per deadline.

Assist in script writing for learning and development videos and modules, ensuring all content is delivered to learners per deadline.

Assist in the establishment of best practices for content research and implementation.

Schedule and attend a weekly meeting with to Video Production Manager to review and approve any new training or product content prior to deployment.

Stay up to date on in-store policies and procedures, maintaining all learning content complies with both.

Key Product Strategy

Utilize social media platforms to gather information and stay knowledgeable about current fashion and athletic trends. Relay pertinent information to all members of the eLearning and Store Operations team. Maintain knowledge of trends in social media platforms, making recommendations to the Video Production Manager on ways to best leverage platforms to align with corporate strategy.

Present to the Video Production Manager useful information for posting on any internal or external Hibbett social media. Once approved, post content daily to approved social media feeds. Interact as needed with followers on social media feeds, ensuring all interactions promote current corporate strategy.

Wearing product provided by the company, appear in internal and external branding/influencer videos to promote key products.

Wearing product provided by the company, appear in internal webinars to promote corporate strategy and image.

Wearing product provided by the company, act as a brand ambassador at internal and external company events. As needed, be the embodiment of the Hibbett brand; encourage community involvement; encourage store personnel involvement; participate in video shoots and social media campaigns for events; and perform the role of emcee at events as needed.

Maintain awareness of the Hibbett brand and portray that brand image at all times when acting as a Hibbett employee.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in content creation or 1-2 years of experience in a Hibbett Sports retail location. Candidate should have a desire to learn and an ability to teach others. Candidate should be experienced with all Microsoft products with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Publisher. Must have advanced knowledge of social media platforms. Must be able to practice great communication skills and professionalism. Candidate must be able to work efficiently in a group as well as individually. Candidate must place highest importance on the effectiveness of learning content and understand the desired result of said content as opposed to what is the easiest
