This position will report directly to the Director, Portfolio Risk Manager and work closely with the Partner and other Business Units (Operations, Business Control, ARR and Compliance) to ensure THD Risk is in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations for all THD Consumer and Commercial portfolios. Responsibilities and projects are varied and often complex, so considerable good judgment, the ability to learn and adapt quickly, a comprehensive knowledge of audit/risk assessment techniques and principles and a high level of initiative are a must. This individual will bring a strong analytical orientation, an appreciation for broad-based risk issues and a familiarity with operations. This position will also directly manage the Judgmental Decision Quality Review process to ensure and improve the quality and compliance of judgmental credit decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that THD Consumer and Commercial Operations Policies and Procedures are in-line with current and proposed/future Risk Policies and that all policies are being correctly followed and in compliance with all Citibank Global Risk policies and all Federal lending regulations.
Lead in reviewing, evaluating and implementing new Risk policies / procedures. Identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations to management where appropriate.
Responsible for planning and coordinating Consumer and Commercial Judgmental Decision Quality and Post Mortem reviews
Responsible for managing and coordinating Consumer and Commercial audit deliverables
Represent Risk Management on IT and Credit Bureau projects

Working knowledge of Judgmental Credit Underwriting processes
