The Role

Spring Health combines leading technology with the human touch to deliver the best patient experience possible. To assist with growing our operations across the country, we are seeking qualified physicians with state licensure to join our team as Regional Medical Directors for administrative and clinical oversight with an option for telemedicine clinical care.
You will work with Spring's Vice President of Operations on these responsibilities:
Assist with the administrative aspects of clinical professional corporation growth
Monitor and advise on state clinical/regulatory requirements
Monitor quality of practice in designated states
Review clinical protocols
Consult on strategic initiatives as needed

You have:
MD/DO degree with state licensure to practice medicine without restriction (ideally in multiple states)
Completion of a US-based residency program in psychiatry, internal medicine, or family medicine
Familiarity with telehealth technology and trends
Experience with administrative responsibilities of a medical practice, including regulatory and quality management aspects
Bandwidth for a part-time role that can supplement to your current practice/administrative responsibilities. Work effort is variable, depending on number of states that you can assist with.
