We are seeking an experiencedMarketing Coordinator / Social Media Managerto join our St. Louis office. Reporting to a Managing Director, this person will be expected to manage internal and external communications including the firm’s website, contribute creatively to client and prospective client presentation materials and provide administrative support to a team of consultants and analysts. In addition to strong organizational, copy-writing and editing skills, the ideal candidate will have a corporate marketing or communications administrative background. The successful candidate will also be highly professional, detail-oriented and able to quickly shift priorities.

Responsibilities Include

  • Design and produce client and prospective client presentations, communications, and other materials as requested
  • Collaborate on the design and production of client performance reports and research documents
  • Coordinate and draft content for the firm’s marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with external and internal web developers to develop content and maintain firm website to ensure that it remains timely
  • Monitor key employees’ online profiles, suggest improvements and add content as appropriate
  • Assist in the coordination of corporate events and outings, as requested
  • Provide administrative support for a team of consultants and analysts including travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling and additional responsibilities, as requested
  • Collaborate with other administrative team members on firm-wide projects and coverage

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5 or more years’ experience required, Corporate Office/Communication experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing required, master’s degree a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint and Excel – and Adobe Creative products
  • Excellent written communication skills, copywriting and editing experience preferred
  • Website, social media management, and content production experience
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating the production of client/corporate materials
  • Highly motivated and dependable, proven ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attendance and punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
