Café/Kiosk Chief Guest hugger for our Reading, MA. unit

Objective:

As swissbäkers we pride ourselves in bringing the full swissbäkers experience to our guests as needed. The Café Lead will use their creative and efficient work ethic to ensure that all guests are hugged by the experience.

swissbäkers credo is no artificial additives or ingredients, all handmade, and we can tell you that each product you buy was baked that morning. Everything we do is checked on its “grand – child – sustainability”.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage café staff (in the Reading unit)
  • Schedule and organize staff
  • Greet café guests, answer questions and demonstrate or explain all product details
  • Directly supervise café staff with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews on a regular basis
  • Most importantly nurture sb values and services with performing them daily

Education:

  • The ideal candidate is a born host and loves running her/his own little neighborhood café/bakery
