Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. The role is ideal for individuals with basic hand tool knowledge and experience working in a warehouse or factory setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties, including assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to transport goods and materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Work in a warehouse or factory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with quality control and maintenance tasks.
- Meet productivity and efficiency standards, contributing to the success of the team.

Skills:
- Familiarity with assembly processes and manufacturing facilities.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
-Be able to stand for long periods, sit, bend, move about, and lift 25+lbs as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic assembly and fabrication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
