We are currently seeking a Product Training Manager & Engineer for Solar and ESS,
Develop value Proposition for LG solar(PV) and ESS
Develop sales material and fighting guide for LG Solar sales, Distributor sales, and installers.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends and simulation analysis as needed
Develop full initial creative writing and design of an all product training course
Conduct product & sales trainings for distributor and installers locations as needed.
Organize and arrange installers training sessions
Create and deliver of a live, monthly LG solar Webinar series
Facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly webinar training as needed.
Provide and coordinate Solar and ESS event support as needed
Facilitate and coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly technical training/planning meetings
Provide technical support to customer’s staff (sales, operations, planning, and marketing) and customers by providing technical information and training.
Identify and meet with customers to understand their businesses and advised customers on the technology products and services that applied to their needs.
Promote greater utilization of existing products and services by explaining the business reasons for the product and how it can enhance our customers’ ability to be more productive
Provide installation support to customers.
Provide products (Including Solar and ESS) installation troubleshooting support.
Responsible for identifying installation issues and refining and implementing improved processes.
Support sales, operations and marketing through training, development, data requests, strategy meetings, and networking opportunities.
Prepare and provide permit, inspection and other regulatory and compliance installation related documentations as needed
Conduct analysis of product defect and failure rate, RMA issues, and other competitive data to identify trends and provide analysis report.
Make recommendations which integrate the analysis into improved business plans.
Provide PAN file and PV system energy production simulation analysis as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
+8 years of relevant corporate work experience.
A minimum of 3-4 years in PV/ Solar industry; including micro-inverters products.
Sales training Experience in PV industry must
Excellent presentation skills
Result-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
Excellent business planning and organizational skills
Needs to be highly reliable and have the ability to work under pressure.
Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills.
Needs to be able to work in a diverse, intercultural environment.
Willingness/ability to travel domestic or overseas on a regular basis.
