Optimum Solutions (OptSol LLC) is seeking an Part-time Receptionist for our client in Arlington, VA. This is a contract assignment, paying no less than $14 per hour. This assignment is with a great non-profit organization that is metro accessible (Rosslyn) and offers free parking. This opportunity is scheduled to start immediately.
The schedule for the part-time receptionist is Monday through Friday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and would rotate with the morning shift every other Friday.
- Selected candidates are required to undergo a criminal background check.
The part-time Receptionist will report to Director of HR
Responsible for answering busy multi-line main phone system
Greet and direct guests to appropriate staff members
Collect parking checks and writing receipts
Maintain front office area
Order office supplies
Any other duties assigned by team/manager.
Qualifications / Requirements:
High school diploma required, some college is preferred
2+ years of current and relevant experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Punctuality and reliability is a must
Strong communication skills, verbal specifically
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work well under pressure and deadlines.
