Job Description: Bella, Blach & Associates, the premier West Coast Publishers’ Rep Firm for media/advertising sales is seeking a Sales Assistant/Digital Planner/Marketing Coordinator for entry-level position in our San Francisco Bay Area office. Responsibilities include: providing administrative and digital planning support for sales teams representing Harvard Business Review, Allrecipes and EatingWell. Duties range from managing digital inventory, managing sales materials, assisting with proposals, creating PowerPoint presentations as well as administrative tasks including answering phones and database management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • College Degree with GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in particular
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
